We made it! Forty seven days of shooting complete and we are home from Atlanta. The girls did a great job and loved all the people and attention. Its been an adjustment so far being home. They miss the freedom of the one level apartment that we were in. They miss the people (especially Erin, Brea, Candace, Gavin, Megan, Kristin, Alyson, Josh, Katie and Greg) and all the action everyday. We were going everyday and thats hard at home. I'm outnumbered and its difficult to get out with all three girls by myself. I know they will adjust its just going to take time. I'm having a hard time adjusting to not having catering and craft services everyday. I have to cook again, yuck! I'm missing having a driver and help loading and unloading the van each day! So I guess we all have adjusting to do. I'm going to post some pics of the girls picture wrap, the girls with their academy awards, and just some fun shots!
So I think about ten times a day since we have been home I get asked would I do this again?
Am I going to take my girls into New York City a couple time a week for casting calls, NO!
Am I going to turn into a stage mom, NO WAY! (I saw that first hand and that is something that I do not want to ever become)
Would I do it again if it was the right opportunity with the right people, YES!
This was the perfect for the girls. They love people and they love to go, go, go. We were blessed to meet so many kind and generous people that truly cared about my girls. To the three of them it was not work, it was fun. Were their days that were stressful, yes! But overall it was a great experience with an end product that they will have forever. I said at the first audition when asked how I would handle being away from home with triplets that "it would be an adventure!" Thats what it was an adventure.....
But truly any triplet mom can tell you everyday is an adventure....
So glad that you guys had a great experience :) Love the pictures!! How fun :)
