The girls turn ONE on Sunday. I truly can't believe that it is here. Someone told me the other day, "the days are long but the years are so short." That really sums up the last year for me. I was trying to think what even to type to describe the last year and I don't even think there are words to describe it. It has been a year filled with strength, stress, commitment, laughter, tears, appointments, friends, family, endless help, thankfulness, courage, success, promise, prayer and love all rolled into one. I created a slide show of our favorite memories, it is a little long but I did my best!
Thanks to all who have helped us succeed and make it through the first year! I can never repay everyone for what has been given to our family. The girls have been so lucky to have you share their journey - thank you!
Very cool! :) I watched the WHOLE thing! I have done a slideshow each birthday for Ryan, and am so glad I did it. I watch them often to see how much he's grown and how big he is now. AMAZING accomplishment for you guys. One year down! -Jennifer

When I watched the video I got to the end and realized I was holding my breath and had tears streaming down my face!! My God, how amazing are your lives? I am so sorry that we missed the party (we were there in spirit)! Who knew that so much chaos could be so perfect? We love you guys!!!

Great Video! Here's a shocker - made me cry a little, just a little;) I think I feel totally guilty for not helping/ being more involved. I hate that being busy is an excuse for not being there for a friend. I MUST do a better job!! I MUST!! This is my promise to you - I will see you more than once in the next year!! Totally unacceptable... I am just glad you are in a location where you have so much help and support - you are one lucky lady - and so are the four girls!!

I had both kids on my lap watching with me and I am all crying and the kids kept saying "it's the 3 song mommy!!"... What an amazing year you guys have had... I am so bummed we are no longer living near each other to be able to share in it. Thank goodness for technology like this so we can share in a tiny bit of it. The girls are amazing and so are you two for getting them this far! Can't wait to see you all again.
